In these new plan views i am creating interior elevation views with the elevation tag shown on the plans.

It is simple enough to move the tag certainly however it all depends on which part of the tag you move so that the view port does not go with it.
You can set various parameters to modify the display of the elevation symbols.
However if you have any mep objects revit plan regions won t work on mep objects.
