Per avid pro tools 11 does not offer the guitar window for eleven rack that is available in lower version of pro tools however at winter namm 2014 avid announced the standalone eleven rack editor.

The elevenrack control software will appear on your mac screen but its usb cable will not send audio directly to protools.

Click insert a e to view the plug in menu.
That should automatically map the default i o settings for your audio interface.
Set organize plug in menus by section to category and manufacturer and then press ok.
